Center for Visual Music Library

We’ve long dug the UK’s Wire magazine, although we seldom get our hands on a print copy – that exchange rate is a killer. Thankfully, is consistently updated with free tidbits from across the Web. Regular contributor Aura Satz recently tipped us off to the Center for Visual Music Library, an incredible online resource with articles, interviews and exhibition catalogs representing more than a century of work at the intersection of sound and light. We especially love the Center’s extensive archives on abstract animator and painter Oskar Fischinger.
